Pursuant to Art. 37 GDPR, we are not required to appoint a data protection officer, as we are not primarily engaged in the processing of special categories of personal data. For questions regarding data protection, please contact the controller directly.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
2.1 When Visiting the Website
When you access our website, the following information is automatically stored in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- Referrer URL (the website from which access was made)
- Browser and operating system used
- Name of the access provider
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The data is automatically deleted after 14 days at the latest.
2.2 Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, investor type, message) to handle your inquiry. The data is transmitted with SSL encryption and stored on the server.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form). The data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
2.3 Brokerage Agreement and Client Relationship
To carry out the brokerage agreement, we collect: title, first and last name, address, email, phone, and contract-relevant information. Where required by the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), we additionally collect date of birth, place of birth, and nationality.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
2.4 Property Listing Requests
When requesting property listings or property information, we collect contact details and, where applicable, financial information for creditworthiness checks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Our legitimate interest lies in conducting our business operations and real estate brokerage activities.
4. Disclosure of Data
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. In the course of our brokerage activities, data may be disclosed to the following recipients:
- Notaries, banks, appraisers, developers (only with your consent)
- Cooperation partners within broker cooperation arrangements
- Tax authorities and courts where a legal claim exists
- IT service providers and accounting under data processing agreements (DPAs)
Transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA only take place with appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website does not use any cookies requiring consent. No analytics or marketing cookies are used, and no third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics, social media pixels) are integrated.
Technically necessary processing required to deliver the website is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
